This Privacy Policy describes how LumenWorx LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our mobile applications and websites. By using our apps or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Apps covered by this policy:

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. What we collect varies by app:

• Pet Valid — collects your email address for account creation, and stores pet profiles, health records, vaccine logs, medications, and vet visit notes in a secure cloud database (Supabase). See Pet Valid's full privacy policy for details.
• Visible Rosary — collects no personal data whatsoever. All preferences are stored locally on your device only.
• Device information — basic technical info such as device type and OS version, used solely to ensure compatibility.
• Usage data — anonymous, aggregated statistics to help us understand how apps are used. This data cannot be used to identify you.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Location data
• Payment information (handled entirely by Apple)
• Any personally identifiable information beyond what you explicitly enter
• Advertising identifiers or behavioral profiling data

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and sync app functionality across your devices
• Send reminders you've configured (medications, vaccines)
• Fix bugs, resolve support issues, and improve our apps

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering and improving our services.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data storage varies by app. Visible Rosary stores all data locally on your device. Pet Valid stores your records securely in the cloud using Supabase, with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS), row-level security, and SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure. 5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your explicit consent. We do not use advertising networks or sell data to data brokers.

6. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — cloud database provider for Pet Valid. Acts as a data processor on our behalf. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Apple App Store — for app distribution, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Push Notification Service — for optional reminders, if enabled.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

• Access any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

For Visible Rosary, you can delete all app data by uninstalling the app. For Pet Valid, you can delete your account and all associated data by contacting support@petvalid.com — we fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
